Bookings for guests, groups, third parties

Please use Customer Support to make reservations for groups. For guests of the University you might use this support too.

To speed up the booking process, please have the following information at hand for all travelers:

• Last and first name
• E-mail and phone number
• Information about the identity documents of the persons traveling (for air travel)
• Date of birth
• Credit reference number (REF-xx-xxx or REF-xxx-xx) that will be used to invoice the trip or other invoice addresses, if applicable
