Personal travel profile

Your travel profile facilitates the rapid processing booking inquiries sent via the online booking tool and the Customer Support services of Lehmann Reisen AG.

The basic travel profile contains information about:

  • Last name
  • First name
  • E-Mail
  • Campus account username (referred to as the User Principal Name, or UPN)
  • Work phone
  • Institutional code
  • Faculty or organizational unit

Go to www.dienstreisen.unibe.ch to access the myCWT online booking tool where you can amend your profile with additional information.

You can only log in to the online booking tool once you have consented to the transfer of your profile data as explained in the section on Registration. 

Please note: You need your campus account username and corresponding password to log in. If you are assigned a new campus account username in the future, after getting married, for example, please repeat the eForms step as explained in the section on “Registration” to ensure that the correct data are sent.

Purpose of data processing

In order to use the university travel platform, employees who wish to book business trips via the travel platform require a user profile. In order to authenticate and activate the profiles when users register for the first time, it is necessary to enter basic personal information in the profile beforehand. The consent for the creation of user profiles for the use of the travel platform is given in an eForms step by the employees (see section Registration).

Data protection

The provisions of the "General Terms and Conditions of the University of Bern for external partners regarding the handling of data" apply. Further information about the data protection guidelines of the booking platform myCWT can be found here.

Revocation of consent

User profiles for the travel platform will be deleted after termination of employment at the University of Bern. If desired, a user's profile for the travel platform can be deleted prematurely by the customer service of Lehmann Reisen AG (+41 31 328 28 98, unibe.ch@mycwt.com).
